Aluminium resonators are often fitted as an integrated solution into the existing aluminium housings of our customers.
As a result of this integration, our highly effective, acoustically robust resonators operate directly at the source of noise generation. The propagation of the noise is therefore effectively suppressed over a broad frequency spectrum. By using the same materials, contact corrosion is prevented, and the geometric relationships or clearances from each other are maintained (due to their similar coefficients of expansion).
Our aluminium resonators are machined in high quantities on ultra-modern CNC machining centres. UMFOTEC is able to use its patented acoustic solutions to produce components with robust acoustics that are not dependent on manufacturing tolerances. Automated processes, modern washing systems and leakage test equipment operated by experienced and highly motivated employees allow us to maintain a high standard of quality.
